This 60-minute workout is built around the classic training split: push, pull, and legs. Expect a structured session targeting upper and lower body strength through compound lifts, isolation work, and functional movement. Great for building muscle, improving form, and developing balanced strength — one section at a time. All levels are welcome.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
